When you purchase from Ainio365.com, our shipping team ensures that your item is mailed in unmarked brown boxes or corresponding courier packaging. No one will be able to know what is packed inside. Our logo will not appear anywhere on the outside of the package, and there will be no mention of the nature of contents.

Domestic Shipping

All orders will be processed within 2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Ainio365 offers the following domestic shipping services: UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Please note:

• Check and ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Any additional delivery, return, or change of address fees from the courier due to incomplete address or non-response from the customer will be charged to the customer.
• Any "free shipping" promotion is only available within the US territory and the shipping method is determined by Ainio365's automated system. Depending on your order size and location, shipping method may differ between orders and we would not know the method used until the system processes the order. Please do not demand or expect a certain shipping method be used on free shipping based on prior experience.
• Orders that qualify for free shipping will be processed after regular orders have been processed by Ainio365.
• If multiple orders are placed within a period before they are processed, the orders will be combined into a single package if possible.
• We are not responsible if tracking shows delivered but your package is lost or stolen.
