Refund policy

Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, and strict health and hygiene regulations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for sanitary reasons, with exceptions.

1. Defective Product(s)

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page. We will require pictures and returns on all defective items in its original packaging before replacements can be made. For any electronics, tampering, opening, and/or attempting to open the device voids any manufacturer warranty on the item.

Products from manufacturers located outside the US will be determined on a case by case basis and might take extended time as we contact and pass along the RMA to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will decide and let us know whether to replace the product. If the manufacturer does not deem the product defective, the product will not be replaced.

Any exchanges from the manufacturer are only valid for the same item unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer and must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt. 

Please note that products with minor wrinkle or external blemish will not affect the function of the product and thus cannot be deemed as defective.

2. Dissatisfaction with Item

Due to the sexual nature of the products, satisfaction cannot be guaranteed and we cannot accept dissatisfaction returns as a result.

3. Returning Item Requirements

Only unopened and undamaged packages that are sealed in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will issue full refunds less the shipping fee and a 12% restocking fee. In cases of free shipping or any other promotion applied to the order, actual shipping cost as well as discounts or promotions no longer applicable due to the returned item(s) will be calculated and deducted from the refund. If the returning package incurred return shipping charge from the courier, this return shipping cost will be deducted from any refunds. 

We will not accept open and/or used items for return. Any items that are returned to us used or opened will be disposed of and we will not issue a refund for them.

3. All Returns

Please contact us via our "Contact Us" form to receive help on your orders. You will be able to attach pictures of the condition of product(s) so that we have an idea of the problem in the case of defective units. Items returned without original packaging will not be refunded, so keep all packaging for the 7 day return period. Upon approval, all returns must be mailed within 7 days. All return postages are paid by the customer and must be shipped with a traceable shipping method and insured for the full value against damage and loss. We are not responsible for any returns before receipt. 

If an order was paid in parts or whole by reward points, those points are returned to your account and subtracted from the refund before any remaining balance is issued in any monetary refunds.
