5. Ordering Guidelines & Fraud Prevention

Ainio365 offers numerous ways for you to shop at Ainio365.com. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason. To protect both you and our business from fraud, any order totaling $500.00 or more - or multiple orders placed in a short timeframe that total $500.00 or more - will trigger a mandatory verification process. If you cannot or will verify your identity, the order will be cancelled.

6. Sales Tax

Ainio365 is based in Livermore, California. We are legally required to collect a 10.25% sales tax on all orders shipping to a California address.

8. Product Usage & Voltage Disclaimers

Most of the products sold by Ainio365 are made by Chinese manufacturers for the American market. 

• Unless otherwise specified, all instruction manuals and packaging that accompany the products, including any displays on the products, will be in English.
• Ainio365 is NOT responsible for any damages to electronics sold that is attributable to differences in electrical standards.

9. Special Offers & Free Items

Promotions and Special Offers are subject to availability and change without notice and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders. If a promotion includes a free item, it is the responsibility of you to ensure ensure the free item is physically in your cart before you check out. We will not add free items to your order after it has been placed. Only one coupon code is allowed per order unless otherwise stated.

11. Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, and strict health and hygiene regulations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for sanitary reasons, with exceptions found in our Return Policy page.

12. Shipping & PayPal Addresses

We ship to the exact address you provide. If you pay via PayPal, ensure your PayPal shipping address is 100% accurate. Once a package is handed over to USPS or FedEx, we cannot change the address. If a package needs to be rerouted, you are fully responsible for coordinating with the carrier and paying any intercept or address-change fees.

13. Chargebacks & Disputes Policies

If you have an issue with your order, contact us first. We try to be reasonable and we are willing to resolve legitimate problems. However, if you bypass us and file a chargeback or dispute with your bank or PayPal, we take it seriously. Filing a chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent ban of your account and the forfeiture of all perks and reward points. No exceptions. Furthermore, to combat friendly fraud, we reserve the right to:

• Send your outstanding balance to a third-party collection agency.
• Report the incident to national e-commerce fraud and chargeback abuser databases. This report will include but is not limited to your: full name, email, IP address, physical address, and phone number.

14. Account Suspension

Our system automatically flags and suspends accounts showing suspicious activity, including excessively high cancellation rates or signs of fraud. If your account is banned, you forfeit all perks and points. Suspensions are completely at our discretion and are generally permanent.

15. Compliance with Laws

You will comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your activities under or in connection with this Agreement, including without limitation United States export control laws, regulations, and executive orders.
